By accessing and using the Tromsø AI website (tromso.ai) and its associated services, including the Facebook Messenger Bot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The Facebook Messenger Bot is provided to deliver information about Tromsø, Aurora forecasts, tourist attractions, and travel recommendations. Acceptable uses include:

• Asking questions about things to do in Tromsø
• Inquiring about Aurora Borealis forecasts and viewing conditions
• Requesting travel recommendations and tourist information
• Having conversations about Arctic activities and attractions

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Bot for:

• Spam, bulk messaging, or automated attacks

• Attempted exploitation or hacking

• Sexual, racist, or discriminatory content

3.3 AI-Generated Content

The Bot uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses. You should verify important information (such as weather, opening hours, or safety information) from official sources before acting on it.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Comments and Reviews

When you post comments or reviews on our Facebook page, you grant Tromsø AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Service and across our marketing channels.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree that you:

• Have the right to post the content
• Own or have permission to use the content
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TROMSØ AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
